Four people were killed when a car rammed into a tractor trolley near Fatehpur Panjaian Basti, 16 km from here, police said on Monday.

According to police, four people travelling in a car (AFH-307) were going from Rahim Yar Khan to Torkham to celebrate Eid-ul-Fitr with their families. When the car reached near Fatehpur Panjaian Basti, the driver lost control at a turn and rammed into a tractor trolley.

As a result all the four occupants of the vehicle killed on the spot.

The dead were identified as Daud Shah (50) s/o Rogan Shah, Qammar Ali Khan (40) s/o Taj Muhammad Khan, Jan Poor (40) s/o Haider Khail, Haji Hamzad (35) s/o Hari Khan.

Later, the police after completing necessary formalities handed over the bodies to their heirs.
